Divine Inclusions is a disability services and support organization that assist individuals ages three and up, whose diagnosed with intellectual disabilities achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. We offer a variety of services, including general self-determination services, person-centered planning, individualized program planning, training services, and coordination and management support. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing our clients with the support they need to reach their full potential.

A passionate and driven entrepreneur with 20 plus years of experience in providing rewarding services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Cynthia’s certified in person-centered supports, SDP regulations, and DDS best practices, allowing her to not only service the Individuals of the community, but to also connect and engage. Cynthia began her path of becoming a public service professional as a law enforcement officer in 1999 and serving for 18 years. She has a passion for mission driven organizations especially those with a focus on empowering, self-advocacy, self-awareness, and education. Her passion led her to becoming the founder and CEO of Divine Employment Services Divine Inclusions, a intellectual disability services and support agency with an emphasis of employment and education support along with general SDP supports.

A determined, career driven, professional with three associate degrees in the field of sociology. Aidah's passion for advocating for adults with disabilities is evident in her relentless dedication and unwavering commitment over the past 5 plus year. She has become a prominent figure in the field, making a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals. Having achieved three associate degrees in sociology, Aidah possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she utilizes to drive positive change.
