Program Overview
Divine Inclusions will provide the following person-centered services: independent living skills, independent assessments, job development/placement, education support, community integration support, worksite support, short-term technical assistance, self-advocacy and self-care services. Divine Inclusions will assist all clients with an individualized plan with services tailored to their needs, likes and dislikes. Divine Inclusions will provide support which assist Individuals with achieving greater independence. Services will be provided in-office, in-home and in the community.
Targeted Skills
Divine Inclusions will assist all clients with an individualized plan with services tailored to their needs, likes and dislikes. We target skills such as but not limited to self-care & self-advocacy, community resource awareness, cooking & meal prep, cleaning, home & community safety, medical & dental service access, financial management & literacy, recreation, shopping, emergency intervention, education & vocational, employment & entrepreneurship support and volunteer support.
