Program Overview
Divine Inclusions will provide the following person-centered services: Day progam, a community-based service for individuals. These services are included in a pereson's Individual Program Plan (IPP) and can take place at a fixed location or within the community
Targeted Skills
Divine Inclusions will assist all clients with an individualized plan with services tailored to their needs, likes and dislikes. We target skills such as but not limited to self-care & self-advocacy, community resource awareness, cooking & meal prep, cleaning, home & community safety, medical & dental service access, financial management & literacy, recreation, shopping, emergency intervention, education & vocational, employment & entrepreneurship support and volunteer support.
Interaction Skills
Divine Inclusions will assist our clients with ensuring their program is structured to their needs. We ensure the clients voice is heard.
