Program Overview
Participants in the Self-Determination Program (SDP) may select an independent facilitator to help them implement their program. The independent facilitator is chosen and directed by the participant to provide various forms of assistance.
Roles of a Facilitator
Divine Inclusions will assist all clients with an individualized plan with services tailored to their needs, likes and dislikes. We target skills such as but not limited to self-care & self-advocacy, community resource awareness, cooking & meal prep, cleaning, home & community safety, medical & dental service access, financial management & literacy, recreation, shopping, emergency intervention, education & vocational, employment & entrepreneurship support and volunteer support.
Budget Assistance
Divine Inclusions will assist our individuals with making informed decisions about their individual budget

Employment & Entrepreneurship
Divine Inclusions will offer employment and entrepreneurship services and training. We will assist clients with developing soft skills such as interpersonal skills, technical skills and understanding employment and entrepreneurship goals and opportunities.
